 Assistant, Customer Service General Responsibility  |
|
- Daily communication with customers: receive customers' order, process documents, track shipments, and report to customers in time
- Handle daily bookings and ensure timely and accurate updating of business systems
- Establish close relationship with customers, vendors to support customers, and overseas offices on a daily basis
- Handle customers' complaint and help to improve the service level of the operation department |

Assistant, Operation General Responsibility |
- Issue release order to customers and monitor daily equipment stock to ensure a smooth and efficient container release process
- Modify container arrangement base on requirement from customer service and collect deposit cheque for inbound laden containers while consignee takes delivery of the cargo
- Cooperate with Import and Finance departments to ensure no outstanding on detention or demurrage collection
- Help the equipment team to improve equipment turn-time |

Sales Assistant General Responsibility |
|
- Sell and promote company service/product in your sales coverage. Generate long-term profitable relationship with the segmented accounts
- Provide input to the sales plan of your account group and execute the market plan set for the sales organization
- Conduct extensive market research to identify and develop potential direct clients within your sales coverage |

Accounting Assistant General Responsibility |
- Provide the best finance and accounting services based on requirement from the area Finance Operations Manager, business units management and local government
- Ensure your performance meets and exceeds targets and initiatively assist other associates to reach targets
- Ensure adherence to the local finance procedures guided by global and Area policies and complied with local legal requirements
- Ad hoc assistance as required by the branch finance manager and team leader, to be back up of other members within the team |
