Maersk International Shipping Education (M.I.S.E.) |
The Maersk International Shipping Education is a two-year trainee program with participants from over 80 countries. |
The program develops the future leaders of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, and it combines practical experience with applied theory preparing you to work in an extremely competitive environment.
While demanding, the M.I.S.E. program is very attractive career move for recent university and college graduates, and prepares you for a position at one of our 325 offices around the world.

Maersk International Technology & Science Program (M.I.T.A.S.) |
- The Maersk International Technology & Science Program is a two-year program that develops newly graduated engineers, geologists, or geophysicists to take on technical leadership positions.
- Eligible applicants should be bachelor or master graduates majoring in engineering-related disciplines, such as machinery engineering, electrical engineering, naval engineering, chemical engineering, and so on.
- Most MITAS trainees will be sent to different business units at various locations of Maersk in the world, such as Denmark, USA, Poland, Singapore, and some other countries in Asia, Europe, and America, right upon their graduation next July for training and future work.
- A very small number of trainees can stay in Maersk GCA for training and future work (need to go to Denmark for module training twice a year during training period). |

The Maersk Everest Program, inspired by this gigantic mountain, its monument and its history, is a set of talent development programs that provide internal participants with an opportunity to learn, grow, and develop:
Summit Program: Develops strong leadership capabilities in senior-level management to enable participants to take up higher-level positions.
Lhotse Program: Develops solid leadership skills in middle-level management to enable participants to take up higher-level positions.
