Founded in December 2008, we have a professional R&D team and have set up R&D center, physical and chemical testing center, precision mold engineering center and preform engineering center. We persist in independent R&D with coorperative relationship with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangdong University of Technology, etc. We offer high quality solder preforms and correlative technique consultation service for power electronics application, IGBT packaging, optoelectronics packaging, MEMS packaging, microelectronics packaging, high power LED packaging, etc.
